Tzveta Tanovska has a Master’s degree in Economics. Wine is her hobby and her passion. She has attended many wine exhibitions and masterclasses; she keeps up with all Bulgarian and international wine publications. She is a member of the jury in various wine competitions and has visited wine cellars in many wine regions around the world. She is the spirit of the tastings!

Katia Iontcheva has a Master’s degree in Economics and in Oenology. She holds a WSET Advanced Certificate. Her entire professional career is related to wine, beginning with her work in the largest Bulgarian wine producing entity at the time. She is the first importer of South African wines to Bulgaria. Katia has participated in many international wine exhibitions and masterclasses and is a member of the jury of prestigious wine competitions. She is the sense in the tastings!
