2015 Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah – very pale ruby colour; delicate nose – notes of cherry juice, fresh herbs, white pepper and orange blossom; medium body with grippy ripe tannins, white pepper and dark chocolate that also remain on the finish. The wine leaves a sense of purity!
