The capacity of the cellar is 75,000 bottle per year and mainly grape from own vineyards and varieties typical of the region such as Ranna Melnishka Loza, Ruen, Shiroka Melnishka Loza and some unusual even for Bulgaria like Chenin Blanc and Assyrtiko.
