The family wine cellar Better Half is among the firs Bulgarian wineries that meet the idea of garage wines – wines produced on small area, in small vats and in small numbers. It is located in the village of Zmeevo, near the town of Stara Zagora and has its own vineyards in the area nearby. In the cellar they use the well-known modern technologies as well as with well forgotten – they use amphorae and pottery.
